Last day for dreaming. Today we’re dreaming for Holy Name of Mary College School. I dream that Holy Name will always be a place where the dignity of each person is respected and valued. A place where kindness and tenderness aren't unusual or trampled on.
A place where we’re strong enough to pray and humble enough to be human. A place that forms us into peacemakers, bridge builders and Cross bearers, ...where holiness is the new cool, and we’re not ashamed to say the name of Jesus. I dream that we will always know that the special spirit in our school is a gift from God to be nurtured, treasured and protected. That we’ll be proud of our faith and always fight fierce for truth and freedom - even to the point of laying down our lives. Where we become repairers of the breach, and beacons of light leading the way for others. Holding the sacred between us - on fire for eternity, leaving everything we touch better than we found it. Where we’re shining stars, not in the eyes of the world, so much as in heaven. Wouldn't that be amazing?
